Fastest route
If you can sign in, open Settings to download a machine-readable account export or request account deletion. Account deletion removes generated media before deleting primary account records and cancels an active subscription. Limited transaction evidence can remain where tax, accounting, fraud, or legal-claim rules require it.
Email route
Email the contact below from the account address. State the product, account email, requested right, and any other identifier needed to find the records. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, passport, or identity document unless we explain why a proportionate additional check is necessary.
Timing and verification
We acknowledge and track the request, verify identity proportionately, and normally respond within one month. A lawful extension for a genuinely complex or numerous request is explained within the first month. We do not charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive and the law permits it.
Deletion limits
Deletion can be limited by legal obligations, rights of others, freedom of expression, security investigations, or legal claims. We explain any exception and restrict retained data. Processor/provider deletion is requested where LudeHQ controls the copy; protected backups expire through normal rotation.
