Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using LudeClips, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it.
Pre-launch status
LudeClips is currently a controlled pre-launch service. Free features may change or be unavailable. Production checkout and new account creation remain disabled until required controller/trader information and launch controls are configured.
Accounts and security
Give accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify us promptly about suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to secure the service. We may limit or suspend access to contain abuse, a security incident, or a material breach, with notice where reasonably possible.
Credits and plans
- The generation screen shows the credit cost before you submit a job. A failed generation returns the burned generation credits automatically.
- Free credits have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn for future grants. Purchased credits are service entitlements, not money, and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Subscription credits and features follow the plan and billing period shown before purchase. The current product promise is that unused credits roll over while the subscription remains active.
- You may cancel renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law or an approved refund requires an earlier outcome.
Prices, currency, taxes, interval, renewal, and total payable amount are shown before the order. We do not change an active paid price without notice and any consent required by law.
AI generation and output
AI output is probabilistic and can be inaccurate, offensive, inconsistent, non-unique, or similar to output received by others. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, availability of a particular model, or that output is suitable for a regulated or high-risk purpose.
As between you and LudeClips, you keep rights you hold in input content. You instruct us to host, transform, transmit to selected providers, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of your generated clip. “Commercial use” does not guarantee that a clip is free of third-party intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or platform-policy claims.
Responsible-use rules
You must not use LudeClips to create, upload, or distribute:
- child sexual-abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative grooming content;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, stalking, harassment, blackmail, or targeted abuse;
- deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, malicious political manipulation, identity theft, or evidence fabricated to mislead;
- unlawful discrimination, violence facilitation, malware, or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights;
- confidential, health, biometric, financial, credential, or other sensitive personal data unless a separately approved feature and lawful basis expressly supports it.
Do not bypass quotas/security, reverse engineer protected service components, scrape private interfaces, share accounts outside plan limits, or overload providers. We may remove public sharing or content reasonably believed unlawful while preserving a review route.
Third-party services
Authentication, model generation, payment, and delivery depend on third parties. Their availability and separate terms can affect a feature. The subprocessors page identifies the current categories. We remain responsible for our own obligations and processor supervision where GDPR applies.
Withdrawal, refunds, and conformity
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right and rights when a digital service/content is not supplied as agreed. Our refund and withdrawal policy explains how to exercise these rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory EU or Cyprus consumer protections.
Service changes and termination
We may change models, safety limits, or technical features to improve security, compliance, quality, or provider availability. Material detrimental changes to a paid service receive reasonable notice and any remedy required by law. You can export data and close the account in Settings. We may terminate for a material/unlawful breach after notice where appropriate, without removing accrued statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for unforeseeable indirect loss. Business users are responsible for professional review and lawful publication of generated output. Consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Law and disputes
Cyprus law governs these terms, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections of their home country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
