Before production sales
Production payments are disabled while the exact trader identity and address are not configured. Test-mode transactions create no real charge. This policy applies when production checkout is deliberately enabled after the paid-product launch gate passes.
Fourteen-day consumer withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to the contact below with your account email, order reference, and the purchase you want to withdraw. You may use wording such as: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [plan or credit pack], ordered on [date].”
Immediate service and generated content
Checkout asks separately whether you expressly request immediate access to paid credits/features before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge the explained consequence. For a service already started at your request, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal. For digital content generated and supplied after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right for that supplied item may be lost. A general terms checkbox alone is not treated as that request.
Unused purchased credits are not automatically treated as fully consumed merely because they appeared in your balance. We assess withdrawal and refund requests against actual supply and mandatory consumer law.
Generation failures and non-conformity
When our generation pipeline records a failed job, the generation credits are returned automatically. If a paid feature or digital output is not supplied as agreed, contact us. Statutory remedies for bringing digital content/service into conformity, price reduction, or ending the contract are not limited by this policy.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel future renewal through Settings and the Stripe billing portal. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. This does not replace a statutory withdrawal request or remedy for a faulty/non-conforming service.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method without undue delay and within the period required by law. Bank/payment-provider settlement time can follow. Refunded credit entitlements may be removed; we will not remove independently purchased, unrefunded credits.

Email the contact below with the account email and Stripe receipt/order reference. Do not send card numbers. For personal-data requests use the privacy-request route.
