Provider approval
A provider can be named here before every contract artifact has been closed; naming is transparency, not an approval claim. Production use requires a role decision, data-processing terms where applicable, security review, subprocessor list, deletion/retention settings, and a lawful international-transfer mechanism.
Changes
Material new providers that receive account or user content will be added before use. Account holders will receive reasonable notice where a provider change materially affects risk or contractual processing. Contact us to object or ask about a transfer before the change takes effect.
